The seamless check-in and check-out process made arrival and departure COMPLETELY stress-free. the staff were excellent. They were warm, attentive, and proactive throughout my entire stay. i felt cared for and valued.

The hotel has a lovely BEACH. i saw a very child-friendly atmosphere, too. i noticed a kids club, a health club, and two gyms, these all seemed excellent, very modern and well-equipped places. So fantastic.

the private villa was very nice and staying one night in the hotel suite with a plunge pool was amazing. the villa wins, although it costs extra $500 us a night more, it's worth it. the villas are lovely. i found the rooms to be very clean.

it was very spread out and i had to wait a long time for a cart. there was no direct access from the main building to the spa and breakfast restaurant, inconvenient.

the villa included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the suite had its own plunge pool. the spaces felt very generous, easily accommodating everyone.

the noise levels were quite high. getting around the large hotel involved long waits for a cart, not ideal? also. there wasn't a direct route from the main building to the spa and breakfast area, i had to walk around the building or wait for the shuttle service!
